These terms apply to all education, training, and teaching services provided by iRock Development Solutions, LLC, also known as iRock Résumés, referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.”

This includes, but is not limited to:

* Webinars (live or recorded)

* Workshops

* Summits and conferences

* Masterclasses and intensives

* Group coaching programs

* Live events

* Hybrid programs

* Replays, recordings, and bonus materials

By registering for, purchasing, or attending any iRock program, you agree to these terms. This is a legal agreement. If you do not agree or do not understand any part, do not participate until you ask questions.

Clicking “Register,” “Buy,” “Accept,” or attending an event means you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

* Programs mean all iRock-led learning experiences, whether online, in person, or hybrid.

* Materials mean all content provided, including videos, slides, worksheets, tools, recordings, replays, software, and handouts.

* Live Events mean workshops, webinars, summits, intensives, or in-person sessions.

* Services mean all Programs and Materials provided by iRock.

* Fees mean all payments made for Services.

* Confidential Information means non-public business or program information.

* Website means iRockResumes.com.

* You mean the person registering or attending.

2. Our Services

* Program details and schedules are shared on our website, emails, or registration pages.

* We provide Services with reasonable care and skill.

* We may change content, speakers, format, dates, or delivery as needed.

* We do not guarantee results, jobs, promotions, income, certifications, or outcomes. Results depend on individual effort and circumstances.

3. Registration and Purchase

* Registration or purchase means you are requesting to join a Program.

* A binding agreement is formed when:

* We confirm your registration or purchase, and

* Full payment is received.

Each Program is treated as a separate purchase.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel within *14 business days** if you have not accessed, attended, or downloaded any part of the Program.

A $75 administrative fee applies to approved cancellations.

No refunds are provided once:

* You access online content

* You attend any live or in-person session

* You receive recordings or materials

All other changes are at our sole discretion.

5. Fees and Payment

* Fees are shown at registration or communicated in writing.

* Full payment is required before participation.

* Fees do not include travel, lodging, meals, or personal expenses unless stated.

* Bank or payment processor fees are your responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

* All Programs and Materials are owned by iRock or its licensors.

* You may not:

* Share, copy, sell, or distribute content

* Record live sessions or events

* Use content to teach, coach, or train others

* Remove copyright notices

* Modify or reverse-engineer any software

Violation may result in immediate removal without refund.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license for learning only.

7. Confidentiality

* Confidential Information must not be shared.

* This obligation continues after the Program ends.

8. Conduct and Termination

We may remove you immediately, without refund, if you:

* Fail to pay fees

* Disrupt events or behave disrespectfully

* Harass speakers, staff, or attendees

* Cheat, plagiarize, or misuse materials

* Violate these terms

Sections on intellectual property and confidentiality remain in effect.

9. Transfers

* Registrations are for individual use only.

* Sharing access or transferring attendance is not allowed.

* We may assign our rights as needed.

10. Entire Agreement

These terms replace all prior discussions or promises. Only written terms apply.

11. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including illness, emergencies, natural disasters, travel disruptions, labor issues, or government actions.

12. Data and Privacy

* We collect data needed to deliver Services.

* We do not sell personal data.

* We may send updates unless you opt out.

* Online participation carries security risks we cannot fully prevent.

* Third-party platforms and links are not under our control.
